Turkey Day Tired

Eighteen hours of running, cooking, and cleaning I was pretty drained. Sauntering casually in to the dining room, at thirty-minutes until midnight, Mothman offered to do the last of the dishes and clean-up of the kitchen. Bless his heart. He wiped, cleaned, then wandered off to bed. I was quite impressd! He left the kitchen looking nice. I should remind him that using dish liquid and not dishwasher detergent isn't a good idea. I myself will be going to bed soon. Right after emptying the foamy water out of the mop bucket for what I hope is the last time today. Don't get me wrong, he meant well and I appreciate it. One could even say, thankful. Wishing you all a wonderful and sud-free day. And to those celebrating the turkey, may you eat, nap, and be joyful. Enjoy your day. :)

I guess I would have made the same mistake. Glad I didn’t offer to help.

No. We went eat at a buffet restaurant. I had a chopped steak. Not really into turkey.
